The More Intersections The Better
Happy Black History Month everybody! To celebrate our illustrious-ness, we will be highlighting a different personal story of blackness from our friends and people we admire. Up first, we have Amanda Joy, singer, artist, dog and child whisperer. We wanted to discuss her experience of being at many different intersections of identity being biracial, queer, adopted by white women and everything in between. It was such a pleasure sitting down with Amanda and hearing a story that is so different in many ways from our own and we hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did. Oh and how about bout that new music?!?!
